What happens after the free trial?
Your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the end of the 30-day trial and your payment method on file will be charged at the applicable rate. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges. See our Terms & Conditions Section 6.2 for full details.
What if my payment fails?
You retain full access for a 14-day grace period while payment is automatically retried. After 14 days, features are temporarily suspended until payment is recovered. Your data is always preserved and features reactivate instantly upon successful payment. See our Terms & Conditions Section 8 for full details.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime via the Customer Portal in your account settings. You retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. See our Terms & Conditions Section 7 for full details.
Can I switch organization tiers?
Yes. Use the Customer Portal to upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are prorated automatically for the remainder of your billing period.
How does per-member billing work?
Each tier includes a set number of members. Additional members beyond the tier threshold are billed per-member per-month automatically. The organization administrator is the sole billing party. See our Terms & Conditions Section 6.3 for full details.
