1. Introduction
Welcome to Automation Blueprints Marketplace (ABM) — a platform operated by Labrys Troposyne Systems, registered and governed under the laws of Estonia.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ABM’s website, catalog, sandbox testing environment, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to share, resell, or misuse your account access.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
3. Platform Purpose
ABM provides access to automation blueprints (“Blueprints”) — structured definitions for workflow automations across various platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n). These Blueprints are contributed by users (“Contributors”) or created by ABM, and may be available for free or through premium features.
ABM functions as a marketplace and catalog, not an execution or hosting provider. We do not store or process user credentials for third-party integrations.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform in violation of any laws or regulations.
- Submit, upload, or share any malicious code or infringing materials.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with Platform security or usage limits.
- Misrepresent or falsely attribute ownership of contributed blueprints.
- Engage in data scraping, automated access, or denial-of-service attacks.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your account and possible legal action.
5. Blueprint Contributions
If you submit or publish a Blueprint to ABM, you are deemed to have accepted the Blueprint Contributor Agreement (Annex A). In summary:
- You retain ownership of your work.
- You grant ABM and its users a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your blueprint, including for commercial purposes.
- You receive no royalties or monetary compensation.
- You represent that your contribution is original and lawful.
Full terms are set forth in the Blueprint Contributor Agreement (Annex A).
6. Intellectual Property
- All ABM branding, UI, code, and schema definitions remain the property of Labrys Troposyne Systems.
- Contributors retain rights to their Blueprints subject to the license granted under Annex A.
- Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view, test, and export Blueprints solely for lawful purposes.
- You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute ABM’s proprietary code or database without written consent.
7. Disclaimers (“AS IS” Provision)
The Platform and all content (including Blueprints, metadata, sandbox tests, and exports) are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABM disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness
- Non-infringement
- Availability, uptime, or error-free performance
You assume all risks arising from your use of Blueprints, including errors, misconfigurations, or integrations with third-party systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian law:
- Labrys Troposyne Systems, its founders, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- Our aggregate liability in any case shall not exceed €100 EUR or the amount paid by you to ABM in the 12 months preceding the claim (whichever is less).
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABM and its affiliates from any claims arising from your contributions or use of the Platform.
9. Modifications to the Platform and Terms
- ABM may modify or discontinue the Platform at any time without notice.
- We may update these Terms periodically, effective upon posting.
- Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Termination
ABM may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if:
- You breach these Terms;
- Required by law or regulatory order;
- Your actions compromise Platform integrity or user safety.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
12. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
